TERMS & AGREEMENTS
1. A new pilot is required to submit at least one (1) PIREP within the first fourteen (14) days of being accepted at SouthwestVirtual.
2. Pilots must file at least one (1) PIREP per month.
3. Pilots must register in the forum using their Pilot ID, First Name, Last Name, as their login name after being accepted at SouthwestVirtual. Ex: SWA0001 Carl Klinker
4. Pilots must be able to check their e-mails more than once a week (incoming e-mails from redred1234@gmail.com, info@swava.net, and events@swava.net).
5. All flights must be flown at normal simulation speed without the use of slew.
6. All flights with landing rates greater than -850 feet per minute will be rejected.
7. Pilots must attend at least two VATSIM events per year, unless otherwise noted by the CEO.
8. Pilots are encouraged to join VATSIM after registering, as all of our events are on the VATSIM network.
Southwest Virtual Airlines operates in accordance to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. The act prohibits website operators from requiring children under the age of 13 to disclose personally identifiable information without parental consent. As was stated above, Southwest Virtual Airlines does collect personally identifiable information through our join application, and therefore we are unable to allow children under the age of 13 to become a member of our organization.
By registering as a new pilot at SouthwestVirtual, you are agreeing to the SouthwestVirtual Terms & Agreements. Failure to comply may result in removal from the SouthwestVirtual roster.
